Autoclave services
We provide annual servicing, validation & maintenance for most types of autoclaves. This can generally be done on site for you with minimal downtime.
What’s included
Our trained technicians use Calibrated Madgetech Data Loggers and Biological Indicators to test & validate your autoclave.
- Technicians trained in autoclave maintenance and repair
- Certification to sterilization standards AS/NZS4815:2006 and AS/NZS 4187:2015.
- NZ wide servicing
- Multiple brands serviced – Mocom, Melag, W&H Lisa
- Pressure, temperature and biological spore testing to validate your Autoclave
How it works
Step one
To book a service, first get in touch with us via email, phone or the form below.
We will then look at fitting you into our upcoming service schedule.
Step two
After a date has been confirmed a technician will come on site to certify and complete preventative maintenance on your Autoclave.
This typically takes around 3 hours.
Step three
If all the tests are passed, We will send you a report certifying Your Autoclave to NZ Standards.
If you would like we can add you to our yearly Service Schedule and Follow up in 12 months when your Autoclave is due for another Service.
